About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing activities and drive online visibility, lead generation, and patient enquiries for Peazon and its associated eye-care services.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage paid campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, ROI, and other key metrics.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
• Coordinate with content creators/designers for social media posts, reels, videos, blogs, and other marketing materials.
