About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, strengthen online presence, generate leads, and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and be able to use AI to improve content creation, campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various online channels.

* Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, and social media.

* Drive website traffic, lead generation, engagement, and conversions.

* Develop and manage content strategies for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.

* Use AI tools for content creation, campaign ideation, audience research, personalization, analytics, and marketing automation.

* Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing marketing processes to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and messaging based on data.

* Track key digital marketing metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.

* Work with creative, sales, and other internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

* Conduct competitor and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.

* Manage social media calendars and ensure regular, relevant, and engaging content.

* Use analytics and reporting tools to generate insights and prepare performance reports for management.

* Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, platforms, and technologies.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Paid Advertising.

* Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, or similar marketing/creative AI platforms.

* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.

* Strong content writing and communication skills.

* Data-driven approach with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
