Digital Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies for industrial equipment, automation and material-handling solutions.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Manage Horvert's website, landing pages, SEO, Google Business Profile and online presence.
• Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, brochures and marketing materials.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and market research.
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns and other performance marketing activities.
• Track website traffic, leads, campaign performance and conversions using GA4, Search Console and Looker Studio.
• Maintain and optimize CRM lead data and marketing funnels.
• Work with the sales team to convert digital leads into qualified business opportunities.
• Use Canva and AI tools to create marketing creatives, presentations and content.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably B2B.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing and lead generation.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, WordPress, Canva and SEO tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Working knowledge of CRM, email marketing and marketing analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign ROI and lead quality.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, automation, manufacturing, logistics or B2B technology sectors will be an advantage.
