Job Description

Candidates with prior experience in Healthcare IT, Healthcare BPO, or RCM organizations will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on the US Healthcare and RCM industry.
• Plan and manage SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
• Generate high-quality B2B leads for Medical Billing, Physician Billing, and
• Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
• Create and manage content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and search engine algorithm updates.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO Manager, or Performance Marketing Manager.
• Mandatory experience in the US Healthcare industry.
• Candidates from Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Healthcare BPO will be given preference.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, and CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, Jasper AI, or similar AI-powered marketing tools.
• Experience using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms to support marketing and lead generation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
