Digital Marketing Manager (B2B SEO/PPC)

Hookstep is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of a growing IT services company in Mohali, Punjab. This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-office role that reports directly to the CEO.

What you'll do

• Own digital marketing for a B2B IT services business, with SEO and PPC as the core channels
• Plan and run SEO end to end: technical, on-page, content and off-page
• Plan, run and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) against lead and pipeline goals
• Lead, coach and grow a team of 7-8 marketers
• Report results and plans directly to the CEO

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in digital marketing
• A strong, hands-on track record in B2B SEO and PPC
• Experience marketing IT services or SaaS is a big plus
• Experience managing a team
• Able to work from the office in Mohali and join at the earliest
