Digital Marketing Lead

Role & responsibilities

Build BGR's inbound digital presence in the ACHE space turning the company from invisible online to the go-to technical resource for ACHE buyers globally. Own LinkedIn, website, technical content, and digital tools that generate inbound leads and reinforce BGR's engineering credibility with EPCs, consultants, and end-customers

• Build and manage LinkedIn campaigns (23 posts/week); publish technical blogs, whitepapers, and application notes targeting EPC engineers, consultant engineers, and procurement teams
• Own and manage the global BGRE website and ACHE landing pages; build ACHE sizing tools and HTRI calculator widgets (simple web forms) to drive engagement
• Produce video explainers, plant tour content, and client case studies to build brand credibility
• Manage ACHE presence at digital channels for key industry events (ADIPEC, India Energy Week, ACHEMA) pre-event, live, and post-event content
• Track and report inbound lead volume, website traffic, and content engagement; continuously optimize based on performance data
• Coordinate with Tender Intelligence and Vendor Approval teams to amplify approvals and wins through digital channels

Preferred candidate profile

5-8 yrs in B2B industrial digital marketing demand generation and technical content track record. Comfortable working with engineering subject matter (does not need to be an engineer, but must be able to translate technical concepts into compelling content). Experience with capital equipment, energy, or process industries strongly preferred.
