Job Summary

We are urgently hiring MBA Sales Interns for our Noida Sector 16 office to join our growing team in the IT and Digital Marketing domain. This 2-3 month in-office internship is designed for Delhi NCR-based candidates only and offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client engagement. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position based on results and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and present digital marketing and IT services to local businesses (in-person or by phone)
• Generate leads through calls, direct visits, and online platforms
• Maintain follow-up communications and track lead status
• Schedule demos, manage follow-ups, and assist in closing sales
• Update daily performance and reporting data
• Collaborate with the senior sales team for team-based conversions

Qualifications

• MBA (Sales/Marketing), pursuing or recently completed
• Minimum education: Graduate in any stream
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• A passion for sales, client interaction, and digital transformation

Requirements

• Must reside in Delhi NCR - applications from outside NCR will be rejected
• Available for full-time, office-based work in Noida Sector 16
• Duration: 2 to 3 months
• Must be field-ready and able to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic understanding of digital services and business development preferred
