Marketing Intern — Workshops & Community Coordination

Compensation: Unpaid internship

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our workshops and help coordinate communication between mentors and interns. This is a hands-on opportunity to build experience in event support, digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and coordinate workshops, including schedules, registrations, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Communicate with mentors, speakers, and interns to share event details and support smooth coordination.
• Assist with workshop promotion through social media, email, blogs, and websites.
• Create and publish engaging content that highlights workshops and participant experiences.
• Support workshop logistics, such as preparing materials, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback.
• Help maintain participant, mentor, and email lists.
• Track basic engagement and event performance metrics.
• Work with the marketing team to develop ideas for workshops and promotional activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with different people and keeping tasks organized.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X.
• Interest in workshops, mentoring, and supporting intern communities.
• Basic knowledge of content marketing or SEO is helpful.
• Experience with email marketing, analytics, or event tools is a plus.
• Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
