Digital Marketing Intern

About the Role

Visko Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support the marketing and brand-growth activities of Remark HR. The intern will gain practical exposure to social media marketing, content creation, lead generation, SEO, digital campaigns, and online brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for Remark HR.
• Create and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Assist in developing social media posts, creatives, captions, reels, and promotional content.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify digital marketing trends and opportunities.
• Support SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimization, and basic on-page SEO.
• Assist with website content, blogs, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Support lead-generation activities through social media and digital channels.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, and other marketing metrics.
• Assist in managing and maintaining the company's social media calendar.
• Coordinate with the HR, Business Development, and Marketing teams for campaigns and promotional activities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and marketing tools.
• Perform other digital marketing activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Creative thinking and content-writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and online advertising.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic-design tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Proactive, creative, and target-oriented approach.
