About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Marketing Intern** to join our team and support our growing digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of **social media management, content creation, Canva, SEO, and digital marketing**, along with a willingness to learn and experiment.
You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, support SEO activities, and contribute to marketing campaigns for our fragrance and incense brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain social media platforms such as **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest**.
* Create engaging **social media posts, reels, stories, and other digital content**.
* Design creative marketing materials using **Canva**.
* Assist in developing monthly **social media content calendars**.
* Research trending content, hashtags, competitors, and industry trends.
* Assist with **SEO activities**, including keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, and basic website SEO.
* Write and edit captions, blogs, product descriptions, and other marketing content.
* Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
* Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
* Assist with website content updates and product listings when required.
* Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
* Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop new ideas and campaigns.
* Stay updated with the latest **social media, content, SEO, and digital marketing trends**.
Requirements
* Basic understanding of **Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing**.
* Knowledge of **Canva** is required.
* Basic knowledge of **SEO and keyword research**.
* Good content writing and communication skills.
* Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design.
* Good understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.
* Ability to research and generate fresh content ideas.
* Basic knowledge of **Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite** will be an advantage.
* Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
* Students or recent graduates from **Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields** are encouraged to apply.

Working Days= Monday to Friday
Working Hours= 10:30 AM – 5:00 pm
PPO Opportunity
Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, creativity, ownership, and a good understanding of marketing during the internship may be offered a **Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)** upon successful completion of the internship.
**Expected Full-Time Package:** 3–4 LPA
The PPO will be based on the candidate's overall performance, skills, contribution, and suitability for the full-time role.
