Digital Marketing Intern

About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced digital agency. This is not your average coffee-run internship. Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Strategy

• Assist in managing day-to-day social media operations across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) for our global client roster.
• Conceptualize and script engaging 9:16 vertical video formats optimized for modern algorithmic feeds.
• Monitor social media trends, viral audio, and digital shifts to proactively suggest fresh content ideas.
• Engage with digital communities, monitor brand mentions, and foster audience interaction.

2. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation

• Design high-quality, on-brand visual assets, including editorial lifestyle compositions, flat-lay graphics, and digital ad creatives.
• Support the creative team in assembling dynamic multimedia content, such as stop-motion animations and stylized visual sequences.
• Assist in image curation, retouching, and post-production refinement for studio catalog imagery (including precise ghost mannequin framing and background adjustments) for e-commerce and lifestyle campaigns.
• Ensure all visual outputs adhere to the specific brand guidelines and aesthetic standards of our clients.

3. General Agency Support

• Draft compelling copy for social media captions, newsletters, and ad creatives.
• Assist in tracking campaign performance, pulling basic analytics, and contributing to monthly reporting presentations.
• Conduct competitor research and digital audits to uncover new marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, account managers, and performance marketers.

What We're Looking For

• Creative Chops: Proficiency in design and editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva. Familiarity with AI generation tools is a major plus.
• Digital Fluency: A deep, intuitive understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
• Attention to Detail: A strong visual eye and an understanding of composition, typography, and color theory, particularly in the context of fashion, home textiles, or e-commerce.
• Mindset: A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude. You thrive in a dynamic agency environment, can handle multiple projects, and aren't afraid to share your ideas in a brainstorm.
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught portfolio).
