We are looking for a creative, energetic, and growth-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital presence and help us generate awareness, engagement, and quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and grow company social media platforms.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop social media posts, creatives, reels, videos, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Manage email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing activities.
• Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO activities.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, engagement, and lead conversion.
• Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.
• Identify new digital marketing trends, tools, and opportunities.
• Work closely with the Sales and Training teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
• Promote training programs, workshops, events, certifications, and career initiatives.
• Experiment with new content formats and campaigns to improve reach and lead generation.
• Use AI tools to improve content creation, campaign planning, research, and productivity.

Education & Experience

Qualification: Any graduate / relevant certification in Digital Marketing preferred.

Experience: 0–3 years

Freshers with strong digital marketing skills, creativity, internships, projects, or a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
