Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the online presence and campaigns of Smartters through day-to-day activities such as assisting with social media content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. The intern will help execute digital marketing initiatives, contribute to email and online marketing campaigns, and assist in basic web analytics reporting. Responsibilities include researching industry trends, supporting content development for various platforms, and coordinating with the marketing and development teams to ensure brand consistency. This is an internship role, based on-site in Bhubaneswar, offering hands-on experience in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaign execution and audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to help plan, monitor, and optimize online initiatives.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey ideas clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and common digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media schedulers) is beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in technology and software products, with a proactive approach to exploring new digital trends and platforms.
