Digital Marketing Head

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the entire e-commerce ecosystem including influencer marketing, branding, website, and e-commerce strategy.

- Build and execute business expansion strategies for domestic and international markets.

- Develop integrated campaigns across performance marketing, social media, influencers, and content.

- Manage marketplace and website performance, pricing, promotions, and visibility.

- Own online revenue targets and P&L management with focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion optimization.

- Build, lead, and manage the e-commerce and marketing team (20+ members across branding, influencer, content, SEO, marketplace, and website teams).

- Identify and develop new business partnerships and revenue opportunities in international markets.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and finance teams.

- Establish data-driven decision making culture and continuously optimize high-performing initiatives.
