Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive our online presence, execute lead generation campaigns, manage social media platforms, and connect directly with prospective clients. In this multi-faceted role, you will bridge digital marketing with direct customer engagementcreating compelling digital content and following up with digitally acquired leads to convert them into satisfied clients

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Campaign Support

• Assist in creating and monitoring online ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to generate inbound health insurance inquiries.
• Organize, filter, and track inbound digital leads using CRM tools.

2. Social Media & Content Management

• Manage 1Apollo Capitals official social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business).
• Draft engaging posts, short infographics, and promotional messaging tailored to build brand credibility and educate audiences on health insurance benefits.

3. Client Outreach & Conversion

• Initiate prompt telephonic and WhatsApp contact with prospective clients who express interest through digital campaigns.
• Understand client requirements, explain policy options with clarity, and guide them through the onboarding/purchase journey.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in digital marketing, social media management, inside sales, or growth marketing (candidates with a blend of digital marketing exposure and client communication skills will be prioritized).
• Education: Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, basic graphic design tools (Canva), and social media platforms.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Mindset: Highly creative, target-conscious, comfortable working with data, and eager to learn about financial/insurance products.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fixed Salary: 25,000 per month (paid on time).
• Performance Incentives: Uncapped monthly bonuses based on successful client acquisitions and campaign performance.
