Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
• Manage social media pages and create engaging content for marketing campaigns.
• Design social media posts, posters, banners, brochures, reels, and other promotional materials.
• Develop creative content aligned with the organisations brand and campaigns.
• Manage lead generation campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the admissions, training, and business development teams for promotional activities.
• Analyse digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
• Support online and offline promotional events, seminars, and student outreach activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Good Graphic Designing skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation.
• Good understanding of visual design, typography, branding, and social media trends.
• Good communication and creative problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
