Digital Marketing & GHL Automation Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads.
• Set up and manage GHL CRM, workflows and automations for lead management and follow-ups.
• Create and manage AI Chatbots and AI Agents for customer communication, lead qualification and follow-ups.
• Manage social media marketing, including content, engagement and promotions.
• Set up email and SMS campaigns for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
• Manage sales funnels and ensure leads move smoothly through the customer journey.
• Track campaign performance and make changes to improve lead generation and conversions.
• Connect and manage relevant GHL, AI and marketing tools where required.
• Prepare basic reports on campaign and lead performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in digital marketing and automation.
• Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and GHL automation.
• Experience with AI Chatbots and AI Agents.
• Good understanding of social media marketing, lead generation and sales funnels.
• Ability to manage campaigns and automations independently.
• Creative, proactive and results-oriented approach.
