Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram) and Google Ads
• Design engaging ad creatives, social media posts, reels, and promotional content.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Generate quality leads through performance marketing campaigns.
• Use AI prompting tools such as ChatGPT to create content, ad copies, campaign ideas, and marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize ad budgets, and improve lead generation results.
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support real estate marketing campaigns.
