Job Description

ZESTOPIA is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, knowledge of social media marketing, and the ability to create engaging digital content that strengthens our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing

• Design creative social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, menus, and promotional materials.
• Create attractive graphics for marketing campaigns, events, and special offers.
• Develop reels, short videos, and other engaging visual content.
• Maintain consistent branding across digital and print materials.
• Coordinate with the management team for creative requirements.

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Create and schedule social media posts, stories, and reels.
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram advertising).
• Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and social media insights.
• Support promotional activities, seasonal offers, and event marketing.
• Manage and update the Google Business Profile.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
• Good creativity, typography, layout, and design skills.
• Knowledge of AI-based creative tools and image generation is an added advantage.
• Good communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Graduate or diploma holder in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to independently handle graphic design and social media activities.
• Must be willing to work full-time from the ZESTOPIA office.
