Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content (images, reels, videos, creatives)
  
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand presence

Digital Campaign Management

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  
• Optimize campaigns to generate leads and improve ROI
  
• Monitor ad performance and prepare campaign reports
  

Content & Branding

• Coordinate content creation for website, blogs, brochures, and social media
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
  
• Work with designers for creatives, banners, and promotional materials
  

Website & SEO

• Update website content regularly
  
• Perform basic SEO activities (keywords, meta tags, backlinks)
  
• Track website traffic using Google Analytics
  

Lead Generation

• Develop strategies for online lead generation
  
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up
  
• Maintain lead data and conversion reports
  

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns
  
• Manage WhatsApp broadcast messages and customer engagement
  

Reporting & Analysis

• Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions
  
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  
• Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred)
  

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
  
• Experience in running paid ads and social media management
