Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Ads Expert) with strong skills in PPC, social media, and online campaign management (Meta Ads) to help drive brand visibility and growth.

Responsibilities

PPC and Meta Ads

• Strong understanding of paid marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn ads.
• Manage end-to-end campaign operations, including ad setup, keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding, and optimization.
• Collect, report, and analyze data to identify trends and insights for achieving maximum ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.
• Set up, test, and manage attribution and tracking for all campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to deliver impactful ad creatives and landing page experiences.

Social Media and Branding

• Create, plan, and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop high-quality content (reels, posts, stories, before-and-after videos, site walkthroughs, mood boards, etc.).
• Write engaging captions aligned with the brand tone.
• Manage daily postings, DMs, comments, and community interactions.
• Track and analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports.
• Stay updated with interior design trends, d cor styles, and platform algorithms.
• Manage paid campaigns, promotions, and brand collaborations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other native ad platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, trending formats, and creative storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
• Ability to think creatively and deliver fresh content ideas regularly.
• Organized, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic SEO knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
