Digital Marketing Executive

Designation : Technical Operations & Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Kothrud, Pune | Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and manage webinars, online classes, and technical operations.

* Manage webinar automation through LMS TagMango

* Manage WhatsApp marketing, automation, and lead nurturing through CRM

* Coordinate website development, enhancements, and agency

* Handle technical/customer support and coordinate issue resolution.

* Coordinate between marketing, calling, webinar, website, and support teams.

* Monitor paid ad performance including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS

* Coordinate with Agency on paid advertising strategy, campaign planning, and optimization.

* Prepare regular performance reports and ensure timely execution of all digital initiatives.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing/Technical Operations.

* Hands-on experience with automation, webinars, WhatsApp marketing, and paid ads.

* Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and external agencies independently
