Digital Marketing Executive

Beautiful Concepts is a dynamic and innovative company that is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and improve brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.), and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Acquire insight into online marketing trends, Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Maintain partnerships and collaborate with media agencies and vendors.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
B2B and B2C experience in social media, Google AdWords, and email marketing campaigns.
Demonstrable experience leading SEO/SEM, marketing database, and display advertising campaigns.
Accurate identification of target audiences and creation of engaging digital campaigns.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Experience in creative content writing, have a excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred but not mandatory:

Experience with lead generation strategies and lead conversion bidding.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
