Role Description As a Digital Marketing Executive at UJUR, you will manage and execute day-to-day marketing activities to increase brand awareness and engagement. You will plan and run digital campaigns across social media and other online channels, create and optimize web and social media content, and track performance using web analytics tools. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product goals, monitoring trends in healthcare and technology, and preparing regular performance reports and insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bargarh, requiring close coordination with the local team to support ongoing product initiatives and marketing campaigns.

• Knowledge of healthcare or health-tech markets is beneficial.
• Familiarity with common digital marketing tools (e.g., social media management platforms, email marketing tools, basic SEO) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Bargarh, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
