Digital Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• SEO & Organic Leads - Keyword research, on-page/technical/local SEO, GSC & GA4 tracking, content strategy driving the search website enquiry journey.
• WordPress - Build and edit pages independently, manage plugins, basic HTML/CSS, forms/CTAs/tracking, site speed and health.
• Landing Pages & CRO - Build high-intent landing pages; analyse performance, fix drop-offs, continuously improve conversion.
• Social Media - Own organic strategy and content calendar; grow relevant reach; drive traffic and enquiries; track and optimize.

Preferred candidate profile:

Hands-on, analytical, proactive, and outcome-focused someone who treats traffic, rankings, followers and engagement as indicators, not the goal. Bachelor's in Marketing/ Business/ Communications preferred; 2-4 years' experience preferred, but strong demonstrated results can outweigh years.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on SEO (keyword research, on-page, technical, local) + GSC/GA4 + competitor/SERP analysis.
• WordPress: independent page building, plugins, basic HTML/CSS.
• Landing page creation and conversion optimization.
• Organic social media management and growth.
• Strong analytical, self-directed execution.

Preferred: healthcare/home-care industry experience; proven track record of organic enquiry growth.

• Organic visibility, keyword rankings, and traffic growth.
• Landing-page and website conversion rate.
