Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. You will work on lead generation and acquisition campaigns, monitor performance, test creatives and audiences, and optimise campaigns for better CPL, conversions and lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Leads, Traffic, Conversions and Awareness objectives.
• Manage Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences and CRM-based segments.
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel and Custom Conversions.
• Optimise campaigns based on CPL, CTR, conversion rate and lead quality.
• Coordinate with creative teams for static, video and UGC creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives and campaign formats.

Google Ads

• Manage Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and manage match types and negative keywords.
• Optimise bids, budgets, ad copies and overall campaign performance.
• Monitor conversion tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track CPL, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS and lead quality.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and highlight key insights.
• Work with internal teams to track qualified leads and downstream conversions.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend optimisation strategies.

Eligibility & What Were Looking For

• Only candidates who have graduated from NITs will be considered.
• 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
• Good understanding of CPL, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion metrics.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good to Have

• Experience in Real Estate, Home Services, FinTech, SaaS, E-commerce or other consumer-focused businesses.
• Exposure to CRM platforms and offline conversion / lead-quality tracking.
• Experience with creative testing and performance marketing experiments.
