• Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and run multi-channel digital campaigns via Google Ads, social platforms, and email.
• Content Strategy: Write, edit, and coordinate the creation of engaging copy, blogs, and visual assets for various digital channels.
• SEO & SEM: Optimise websites and content to rank higher on search engines and improve organic traffic.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and grow the brands presence across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) through active community management and trending content.
• Data-Driven Thinking: Strong ability to interpret metrics, execute A/B testing, and adjust strategies based on consumer behaviour data.
• Digital Literacy: Hands-on experience with CRM software, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Creativity & Communication: Excellent writing and storytelling skills to keep brand messaging consistent and persuasive.
• Qualifications: A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, supplemented by hands-on portfolio experience or specific certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot)
