Digital Marketing Executive

Key Requirement

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop effective paid advertising strategies based on business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Manage daily advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
• Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital advertising trends.
  
  

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Performance Marketing.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification will be an added advantage.
