Job Summary

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, manage, and optimize Google & Meta ad campaigns that generate quality leads, conversions, and strong ROAS for our EdTech business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Drive quality leads, conversions, and achieve strong ROAS.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics and key marketing metrics.
• Handle and optimize monthly ad budgets of ₹10+ lakh.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of relevant performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads & Google Analytics.
• Must have managed a monthly advertising budget of ₹10 lakh or above.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion tracking.
• EdTech or digital agency experience is preferred.
