Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Kochi. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for marketing, communication, social media marketing, web content writing, and web analytics.

Youll own the day-to-day social media handles of multiple client brands and support paid campaigns on Google and Meta. This is a hands-on role with real budgets and real accountability - youll see the direct line between what you publish, what you spend, and what it returns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X for a portfolio of client accounts
• Build monthly content calendars and coordinate with our design team on creatives
• Set up, run, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, UAC/App campaigns) and Meta Ads
• Monitor CPI, CPC, CTR, ROAS and other campaign metrics; adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets based on what the data shows
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and attribution tools like AppsFlyer
• Build clear monthly reports for clients - what ran, what worked, what changes next month
• Stay on top of platform changes, ad policy updates, and format trends

What were looking for

• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships, freelance work, and personal projects all count)
• Working understanding of how Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns are structured
• Strong written English - youll be writing captions and client-facing reports
• Comfort with numbers; you should be able to look at a campaign dashboard and say whats going wrong
• Marketing and Communication skills
• Social Media Marketing skills
• Web Content Writing skills
• Web Analytics skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience in the software development industry is a plus
• A degree or certification in marketing, communications, or a related field is useful but not mandatory

Nice to have

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
• Exposure to app install campaigns or attribution/MMP tools
• Basic skills in Canva, Figma, or video editing
• Experience managing more than one brand at a time
