Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 24 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Manage PPC campaigns with a focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign planning.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Create and manage ad campaigns, ad copies, targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance and generate quality leads.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC trends, and digital marketing practices.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing/PPC/Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Good understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
