Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing and a strong understanding of performance

marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising:

• Plan, create, and manage effective campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Content And Social Media Management:

• Assist in content creation for various digital platforms (social media posts, blogs, ad copy, etc.).
• Maintain a content and social media calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.

AI And Automation:

• Utilize AI tools to assist in content generation and ideation.
• Explore and implement new AI tools to streamline marketing workflows.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate regular reports on marketing campaign performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future strategies.

Ideal Profile Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience working in a service based industry (preferable)
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation.
