Digital Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and handle client queries, concerns and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate client projects, deliverables, approvals and deadlines from start to completion.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure all client work is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain project trackers, client records, task lists and follow-up schedules.
• Identify client or project issues early and coordinate solutions with the relevant team members.
• Follow up with clients for pending approvals, content, information and payments where required.
• Have a good general understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, Meta Ads and influencer marketing.
• Support content planning, campaign coordination, competitor research and basic marketing activities.
• Assist with preparing client reports, presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Generate and identify potential leads for the company through outreach and research.
• Contact and follow up with prospective clients and coordinate meetings or calls.
• Maintain and regularly update the companys lead database and track prospects through the sales process.
• Support lead conversion and earn additional commission on successfully converted leads.
• Coordinate between clients, designers, content creators, photographers and other team members.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts and proactively follow up on pending tasks.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure nothing is missed or unnecessarily delayed.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or project coordination preferred
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable with lead generation, follow-ups, and sales coordination
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Agency experience is an advantage
