Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist to manage and execute digital marketing activities, improve online visibility, generate leads, and support business growth through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, email, and other online platforms.
• Manage and regularly update social media pages and digital content.
• Create engaging content, posts, creatives, videos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Generate and track leads through digital marketing channels.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other reporting tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns, offers, events, and promotions.
• Conduct basic SEO and keyword research to improve online visibility.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, reach, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and social media practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in digital marketing preferred. Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
• Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Content Marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop or similar design tools.
• Good communication and content-writing skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand campaign performance.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
