We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content.
• Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates.
• Assist in running and monitoring Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
• Create basic marketing reports and performance summaries.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
• Support email marketing and lead generation activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn new marketing tools and techniques.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
• Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Content Marketing.
• Knowledge of Canva, WordPress, or other digital marketing tools is a plus.
