Job Overview

We are hiring experienced and customer-focused professionals for the SPE (Customer Support – International Voice Process) role. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in Digital Marketing or Google Ads (AdWords), along with good communication skills and the ability to handle international customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

- Provide professional customer support and resolve customer queries.

- Assist customers with Digital Marketing and Google Ads-related queries.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in the system.

- Meet customer satisfaction, quality, and performance targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing / Google Ads (AdWords).

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic understanding of Google Ads campaigns and digital marketing concepts.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Flexibility to work rotational and night shifts.
