Digital Marketing & ESG Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• ESG & Sustainability Communications (40%): Own the organization's ESG and sustainability communications on social channels, planning and publishing content highlighting our green initiatives and sustainability milestones in coordination with the ESG team.
• Social Media & SMM Execution: Execute unified social media and SMM strategies across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, with a strong command of B2B audience behavior on LinkedIn.
• AI-Enabled Optimization: Utilize AI tools for content ideation, audience insights, performance optimization, and analytics.
• Campaigns & Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze social and PPC performance, delivering actionable insights and managing Online Reputation Management (ORM) and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with communications teams, external agencies, and departments like Finance and HR while maintaining strict brand consistency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a heavy focus on social media management and marketing.
• Core Requirement: Genuine interest and working knowledge of ESG, sustainability, or technology-driven communication.
• Proficiency using AI tools for content creation, optimization, and analytics.
• Strong command of LinkedIn (newsletters, career pages, B2B engagement) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sprout Social).
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and analytical skills, with basic design judgment and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
