About this role
Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing UNHYNGED's website, e-commerce platforms, social media channels, digital marketing, online marketplaces, and overall digital presence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both creative brand building and performance-driven marketing and can independently execute, analyse, and improve online marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce & Website Management
* Manage the UNHYNGED website on a day-to-day basis.
* Upload and manage new products, product descriptions, images, pricing, discounts, inventory, collections, and banners.
* Ensure the website is updated, visually appealing, easy to navigate, and conversion-friendly.
* Monitor website performance, traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer behaviour.
* Identify and implement improvements to increase website conversions and average order value.
* Manage website offers, promotional campaigns, landing pages, and seasonal launches.
* Coordinate with developers/agencies for website updates and technical requirements.
* Monitor and resolve issues related to products, payments, checkout, inventory, and website functionality.
2. Marketplace Management
Manage and optimise UNHYNGED's presence across relevant online marketplaces such as:
* Myntra
* Amazon
* Flipkart
* Ajio
* Tata CLiQ
* Other relevant fashion marketplaces
Responsibilities include:
* Product listing and catalogue management.
* Pricing and promotional management.
* Inventory coordination.
* Marketplace campaign participation.
* Search visibility and catalogue optimisation.
* Monitoring sales and marketplace performance.
* Identifying opportunities to increase marketplace revenue.
* Coordinating with marketplace account managers when required.
3. Social Media Management
Take complete ownership of UNHYNGED's social media presence, primarily:
* LinkedIn / other relevant platforms
Responsibilities include:
* Develop monthly content calendars.
* Plan reels, posts, carousels, stories, launches, campaigns, and other content.
* Coordinate with photographers, designers, models, creators, and influencers.
* Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.
* Ensure consistent brand communication and visual identity.
* Track social media growth and engagement.
* Identify relevant trends and content opportunities.
* Build strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and website traffic.
4. Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
* Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads either independently or in coordination with an external agency.
* Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and revenue.
* Develop retargeting and customer acquisition campaigns.
* Create campaigns around product launches, sales, festivals, and seasonal collections.
* Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers, and campaigns to improve performance.
* Track marketing spend and prepare performance reports.
5. SEO & Online Visibility
* Implement basic on-page SEO for the website.
* Optimise product titles, descriptions, URLs, metadata, and relevant keywords.
* Conduct keyword research for fashion/e-commerce search terms.
* Improve organic visibility and website traffic.
