Looking for a Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Executive
Role: We are looking for a young, energetic Gen Z marketer who understands social media trends, content creation and digital branding.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute ShipYaaris social media strategy.
- Manage and grow our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and website.
- Create engaging reels, posts, carousels and short-form videos.
- Design creatives using Canva/Figma/Adobe tools.
- Write compelling copy for social media and blogs.
- Keep the wordpress website updated with new content, blogs and landing pages.
- Improve SEO and organic visibility.
- Build employer branding and showcase our culture.
- Create campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads.
- Track engagement, website traffic, leads and campaign performance.
- Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new ideas.
Preferred Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
- Hands on WordPress website experience.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or website management.
- Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience running paid campaigns is an added advantage.
- Passion for startups and logistics/technology.
Engagement
- Freelance / Part-time (with possibility of long-term engagement)
- Remote preferred (Mumbai candidates are a plus)
