As a Digital Marketing Associate at Hire4Event, you'll be an integral part of our fast-paced and creative marketing team, working to enhance our brand visibility, generate leads, and build engaging digital experiences for our clients. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan and execute digital campaigns tailored for the event management industry.
- Optimize website and blog content using on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Run paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.) and create insightful reports using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Manage and grow our social media presence by curating and scheduling creative content.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Assist in writing engaging blogs, ad copies, and marketing emails aligned with Hire4Event's tone.
- Coordinate with the design and video teams to produce visual content for digital promotions.
- Contribute to lead generation strategies for corporate events, artist bookings, wedding planning, and venue promotions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of digital marketing certification courses such as:
- Google Digital Marketing E-commerce (Coursera)
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate
- HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
