*Job Summary*
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented marketing professional to manage digital marketing, brand building, content creation, influencer marketing and online revenue growth for Rivona Naturals.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Digital & Performance Marketing:* Manage Meta, Google and marketplace ads, optimize campaigns, and track CAC, ROAS and conversions.
* *Social Media & Influencer Marketing:* Plan content calendars, manage social media platforms, coordinate influencer collaborations, and drive organic growth.
* *Content & Creative:* Plan product shoots, reels, UGC, ad creatives, website banners and marketplace content.
* *Website & E-commerce Marketing:* Optimize product pages, SEO, landing pages, offers and conversion rates.
* *CRM & Customer Retention:* Execute email, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns to drive repeat purchases and customer engagement.
* *Brand & Product Marketing:* Develop brand positioning, product USPs, launch strategies, competitor analysis and promotional campaigns.
* *Analytics & Reporting:* Track marketing revenue, CAC, ROAS, customer acquisition, repeat purchases and campaign performance.
* *Coordination & Operations:* Manage agencies, budgets, marketing calendars and cross-functional coordination with sales, e-commerce, product and finance teams.
