Digital Marketing and Ai Specialist

About the Role:

SBPD Publications is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking AI & Digital Publishing Specialist to modernize our publishing workflows. In this role, you will bridge the gap between emerging AI technologies and educational publishing leveraging advanced digital tools to accelerate content creation, streamline operational processes, and elevate book promotion.

Key Responsibilities

* Editorial & Content Development: Leverage generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, specialized research models) to draft, edit, proofread, and structure educational materials, question banks, and solutions.

* Curriculum Alignment & Quality Control: Fact-check and rigorously review AI-assisted content to ensure academic accuracy, syllabus alignment, and originality.

* Production & Workflow Automation: Identify and implement digital tools to optimize manuscript preparation, layout coordination, and cross-departmental operations (including basic financial reporting and tracking workflows).

* Digital Marketing & Book Promotion: Deploy AI-driven tools to generate promotional copy, book launch campaigns, digital catalogs, social media content, and teacher outreach collateral.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts, editors, designers, accounting, and marketing teams to shepherd titles from draft to market efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

* Hands-on AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva Magic, etc.) to solve real-world operational or creative challenges.

* Publishing or Academic Acumen: Strong background in educational content, test-prep material, or academic book publishing.

* Editorial Judgment: Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with a critical eye for catching AI hallucinations and factual inaccuracies.

* Operational Adaptability: Ability to map out processes, test new software solutions, and train colleagues on effective tool adoption.

Note: Salary is negotiable based on the candidates experience, skills, and previous work profile.
