About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & AI Operations Specialist with strong practical experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with an interest in using AI tools and automation to improve marketing productivity and campaign performance.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing day-to-day digital marketing activities, optimizing paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and exploring AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage campaign setup, targeting, audience strategy, budgets, bidding, creatives, and performance optimization.
• Support digital marketing strategies based on campaign data and business objectives.
• Use AI tools for marketing research, content, analysis, reporting, campaign support, and automation.
• Explore and implement AI-powered marketing workflows and automation.
• Support SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives.
• Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Work with GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking.
• Identify campaign and tracking issues and coordinate with the technical team when required.
• Prepare clear campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

Must Have

• 3–5 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising strategy and campaign optimization.
• Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging AI platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO, GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.
• Ability to independently operate marketing platforms and tools.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI automation, AI agents, or autonomous marketing systems.
• Experience with AEO and GEO.
• Knowledge of GoHighLevel, WordPress, or Looker Studio.
• Experience with Meta Conversions API.
• Google Ads / Meta certifications.
• Basic understanding of landing-page CRO.
