Digital Marketing Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing for the company across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
• Manage and grow the companys LinkedIn page and Google Business Profile, our key B2B channels.
• Create content calendars and publish project showcases, case studies, site updates, technical posts and company news.
• Coordinate with project and service teams to collect project photos, videos and completion stories.
• Run and optimise Google Ads and Meta/LinkedIn campaigns to generate project and AMC enquiries.
• Handle website updates, on-page SEO, local SEO and keyword tracking.
• Track and report performance (reach, engagement, traffic, leads, cost per lead) through Google Analytics, Search Console and platform insights.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations for management.
• Support business development with company profiles, presentations, brochures and email campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends in HVAC and MEP.
• Manage online reviews and maintain a consistent, professional brand image across all channels.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B, engineering, construction, real estate or industrial services.
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and Google Business Profile.
• Good design skills using Canva or similar tools; basic video editing is an advantage.
• Strong written English for professional, corporate-tone content.
• Basic website management (WordPress or similar).
• Analytical mindset, able to turn data into clear reports and actions.

Good to Have

• Exposure to the HVAC, MEP, construction or engineering sector.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM.
• Telugu / Hindi language skills.
