Digital Lead - Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities

Define and own annual digital marketing strategy across channels

Set channel-wise budgets, KPIs and agency SLAs; hold agency partners

accountable to delivery

Lead the digital team (Creative Manager, Media Manager) and build capability across the function

Integrate digital planning with ATL and BTL workstreams - ensure campaigns are coherent across touchpoints

Own MarTech stack decisions - evaluate, recommend and oversee tools

across paid media, social and analytics

Drive lead generation strategy in coordination with the sales team Oversee WCL website strategy - UX direction, SEO and lead funnel performance
