Digital Growth & Performance Manager Streetwear Brand

We're looking for a Digital Growth & Performance Manager to help build and scale a global streetwear brand in India.

This role is focused on growth, paid media and digital performance rather than day-to-day content posting.

What you'll do

• Build and execute the brand's digital growth strategy
• Manage Meta Ads across awareness, engagement, traffic, retargeting and conversion campaigns
• Grow the brand's Instagram and digital audience from an early stage
• Identify high-performing organic content and amplify it through paid media
• Build, test and optimise audiences, creatives and campaign formats
• Plan growth campaigns around launches, drops, events and collaborations
• Work with creators and influencers from a growth and amplification perspective
• Track metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, CPM, CPC, CTR and conversions
• Continuously optimise campaign budgets and performance
• Work closely with the social media and brand team to translate content into measurable growth

Who we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing or social growth
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Proven experience growing a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, sneaker or streetwear brand
• Strong understanding of both organic growth and paid media
• Someone who can show brands or accounts they have personally helped scale
• Strong understanding of fashion, youth culture, creators and digital trends
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced brand launch environment
