Digital Growth & Marketing Associate (CEO's Office)

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
• Plan and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers, and content creators.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for audience growth.

Online Sales & Customer Engagement

• Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, website, and email.
• Support lead generation and conversion activities.
• Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities.

Growth & Analytics

• Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare weekly reports.
• Track campaign effectiveness, website traffic, leads, and sales conversions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Suggest and implement growth experiments.

Technology & Automation

• Manage website updates and basic e-commerce operations.
• Work with CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
• Use AI tools and digital platforms to improve productivity and marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and developers when required.

CEO Support

• Assist the CEO in executing strategic growth initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects related to sales, marketing, and digital operations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/IT preferred).
• 15 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, growth, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-driven, organized, and execution-focused.

Preferred

• Background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology.
• Experience with websites, WordPress, Shopify, CRM systems, automation tools, or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, AI tools, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and YouTube Studio.
• Interest in wellness, consumer brands, D2C businesses, or entrepreneurship.
