Digital Finance Solution Architect – SAC Planning Hyderabad, India   This is an office‑first role based in Hyderabad, where you will design and deliver advanced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning solutions that enable data‑driven financial decision-making across a global organization. Join a collaborative Digital Finance team and play a key role in shaping scalable, high‑impact planning products and driving finance transformation. This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).   What you will get: An agile career and dynamic working culture An inclusive and ethical workplace Opportunities to work on global, high-impact finance transformation initiatives Exposure to cutting-edge SAP planning technologies and innovation Compensation programs that recognize high performance A variety of benefits dependent on role and location The full list of our global benefits can be found here: https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits   What you will do: Design and implement scalable SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning architectures aligned with the digital finance roadmap Lead the development of advanced planning solutions, including models, data actions, and predictive scenarios Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive and reliable solutions Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to streamline planning processes and adopt automation and emerging technologies Establish and maintain development standards, including governance, documentation, and quality assurance practices Mentor and coach business analysts, strengthening organizational capability in SAC planning and data modeling Oversee external partners and system integrators to ensure successful delivery of planning solutions   What we are looking for: Proven experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning with a strong portfolio of scalable solutions Solid understanding of financial planning, FP&A processes, and business analytics Expertise in data modeling, advanced formulas, and planning architecture design Experience working with SAP ecosystems such as S/4HANA, BW, or Datasphere Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights Demonstrated ability to mentor or guide analysts or developers within a project or team environment Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field   About Lonza At Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
