Job Description Summary The Digital Customer Success Manager will own and drive the digital-led customer experience strategy across the Software and Controls Solutions (SCS) business. This individual will act as the voice of the digital customer to aid in shaping priorities by leveraging data analytics and automation to drive seamless product adoption, long-term retention, and expansion. By aligning digital success initiatives with a One Vernova approach, the goal is to create scalable engagement models that secure a competitive advantage and deliver enduring value to our customers. The Digital Customer Success Manager will build upon our current digital foundation, inheriting existing tools and processes to scale and sustain our digital-first engagement model long-term. This role requires a dynamic individual with operational excellence experience and a passion for optimizing digital customer outcomes. This individual will collaborate with various Customer Success and Product teams to streamline the digital journey, ensuring that our success frameworks are both effective for individual accounts and scalable across the broader SCS business.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities · Define and execute a comprehensive digital customer success strategy, developing a multi-year roadmap that leverages automation, data analytics, and digital touchpoints to scale customer engagement and ensure successful product adoption. · Serve as the primary advocate for the digital customer journey, identifying behavioral trends and sentiment insights to inform product development, marketing, and commercial strategies that drive retention and expansion. · Design and implement scalable digital success processes, standards, and playbooks, ensuring that automated customer health monitoring and intervention frameworks are consistently applied across the enterprise. · Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Commercial, and Marketing teams to prioritize digital feature enhancements, streamline onboarding experiences, and resolve friction points within the digital customer lifecycle. · Foster a customer-first, data-driven culture by developing digital enablement resources, providing actionable insights to cross-functional teams, and championing the adoption of digital-led success initiatives across all business lines.
Required Qualifications · Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
· 3-5 years of experience in customer success, solutions implementations or similar customer interactions within energy, industrial, or technology sectors.
Desired Characteristics · Demonstrated success in digital transformation, customer success operations, or lifecycle management. · Understanding of SaaS metrics, including Churn, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Customer Health Scores. · Experience with digital engagement platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Telemetry, AI) and data visualization tools. · Ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization and coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, a passion for digital advocacy, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable customer engagement strategies. · Demonstrated collaboration and cooperation with a One Team mindset is an important aspect for this role

Application Deadline: For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,400.00 and $152,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus. This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on June 24, 2026.
