Job Summary

Role Summary We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering at least 1-2 full ServiceNow projects independently, from requirement gathering to deployment, and can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform (custom apps, or other modules as applicable).
• Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, and workflows/flow designer flows.
• Develop and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions on the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Work independently with minimal guidance, taking ownership of assigned modules/projects end-to-end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall IT development experience, with at least 1-2 years / 1-2 full-cycle projects specifically on the ServiceNow platform (custom application development, not just configuration).
